It has come to our attention that an employment scam is being conducted by individuals impersonating Simon Property Group (Simon). These individuals post fake job listings, send fictitious job recruitment emails, conduct unauthorized interviews, and request personal and/or financial information from job seekers. Please be advised that Simon uses official company email addresses for communication, which will always be denoted as from “@simon.com.” Email communications from Simon will not be denoted as from “@gmail.com,” “@outlook.com,” “yahoo.com,” etc., and Simon official company email addresses will not use a different spelling or abbreviation of the company name (Simon) and will not use different domain extensions (such as .net, .eu, .edu, .info, .ca, etc.).
If you encounter a potential employment scam involving an individual claiming to represent Simon and suspect it may not be legitimate, please report it to our Human Resources department immediately at 317-263-2238.
